A cart with 19 iPad2s is available for checkout. Students love using the iPads to research, practice math, and other fun activities!

Smart Boards, iPads, digital cameras, digital video projectors, videos, DVDs, and scanners are all technology tools used to teach and enhance curriculum at BMES.

Technology standards are intertwined with grade level standards and common core curriculum. Lessons are based on these standards while teaching keyboarding, mouse skills, research, history of technology, technology tools used in today's society, the Internet and safety on the Internet to the appropriate target audience. National technology standards (ISTE) are followed.  Everyone is encouraged to learn about technology "hands on" in a safe, fun, and educational environment.
